Job summary

Ace Electric, Inc. in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Fabrication Associate to perform metal fabrication tasks under the supervision of the Fabrication Manager. Maintain materials, tools, and a clean work area while following safety policies.

Fabrication Associates should not work on energized circuits. Requirements include High School Graduate/GED, valid state driver’s license, OSHA 10, CPR and First Aid training, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional heavier lifting.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid trained.
• Effective and professional communicator.
• Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal cutting saws, conduit benders, threading machines to fabricate components per drawings.
• Load, stack stock, tools and work in progress; assist in equipment operations as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and observe safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
