Lake Erie Electric of Michigan is seeking an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to lead high-impact commercial and industrial power projects in a hybrid office-field setting in Louisville, KY. The role combines estimating accuracy, project execution, and effective coordination with field teams and clients.

With 5–7+ years in electrical estimating or PM, you will build bids using AccuBid/Viewpoint, manage project documentation, and contribute to schedule, safety, and budget performance.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in electrical estimating or PM
• Ability to read blueprints and contract docs
• Experience with industrial/commercial electrical construction

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates from plans and specs.
• Build and manage bids using AccuBid and Viewpoint.
• Oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with superintendents, vendors and internal teams.
• Support contract administration with change orders and schedules.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder communication.
