Job summary

Electrex Industrial Solutions in Michigan seeks an Electrical Estimator - Project Manager to lead estimating efforts for commercial and industrial projects. You will coordinate with PMs, manage quotes, and interface with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role requires a MI Journeyman or Master license, extensive electrical experience, and the ability to read blueprints and manage project finances. We offer full-time employment with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Michigan Journeyman or Master license is required.
• 10 years of combined electrical experience (commercial/industrial).
• Commercial/industrial estimating experience preferred.
• Presentable with good communication skills.
• Ability to manage crew leaders and subcontractors.
• Read electrical blueprints.
• Basic Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new sales leads and meet with clients or participate in walk-throughs.
• Estimate projects from scope or blueprints.
• Collaborate with PM team for information.
• Write quote notes for quotes production.
• Submit quotes and discuss details with clients.
• Manage awarded projects and communications with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee project financials and write change orders.
• Oversee monthly invoicing.
