Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of electrical estimating experience in relevant construction environments.
• Familiarity with subcontractor scope review.
• Pursuit of BICSI certification or relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings and bid documentation.
• Execute electronic takeoffs for material quantification.
• Build comprehensive electrical estimates.
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from suppliers.
• Identify scope gaps and risk factors in estimates.
• Generate accurate, professional bid proposals.
• Coordinate estimate reviews with stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly follow-up on pending proposals.
