Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical estimating experience.
• Familiarity with NEC requirements and labor productivity modeling.
• Ability to estimate projects ranging from $50K to $5M+.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed electrical takeoffs from drawings and specs.
• Prepare and submit bids for commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to review historical job costs.
