Qualifications

• 2–4 years electrical estimating experience
• Proven experience working with vendors
• General knowledge of the NEC and Low Voltage Systems
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates from take-off to bid hand-off
• Work with ConEst Estimating Software
• Develop cost estimates for change orders
• Analyze material and labor requirements to complete a project
• Attend pre-bid and scope review meetings
• Compute and submit bids
• Read and understand blueprints
• Perform on-screen takeoffs and markups
• Meet with engineers, customers, vendors, and Project Managers
