Job summary

A&F Electric in Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead electrical estimating and project coordination for winery, commercial TI, and luxury residential work. This full-time, in-person role combines bid development with on-site support.

You will read plans, build competitive bids, manage change orders, and work closely with field staff and suppliers. A strong Excel skillset and background in electrical construction are essential, with room to grow as the company

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical estimating.
• Familiarity with electrical estimating software.
• Background in electrical construction, either in the field or in the office.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical estimating, takeoffs, and bid preparation for commercial and winery projects.
• Use estimating software to build accurate, competitive bids.
• Manage change orders from identification through execution and billing.
• Coordinate material purchasing — power distribution, lighting packages, major equipment.
• Work directly with field leadership, vendors, and suppliers to keep projects on track.
• Perform site visits for scope verification and project support.
• Use Excel for cost tracking, budget management, and reporting.
