Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required with experience).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical estimating, preferably with multi-family new construction projects.
Strong knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local electrical codes.
Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Accubid, McCormick, ConEst, or equivalent).
Competent with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet tight deadlines.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Review and interpret electrical plans for multi-family residential projects.
Prepare detailed take-offs of electrical systems.
Develop complete and accurate cost estimates including materials and labor.
