Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in electrical estimation.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Experience in Multi-Family projects is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Analyze project plans and documents to determine scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Review historical data to inform estimation processes.
• Assist in preparing bid packages and budgets.
• Monitor industry trends, labor costs, and material pricing.
• Maintain organized records of all estimates.
