Job summary

Willis Electrical in Houston is seeking an Electrical Estimator / Inside Sales Representative to review customer requests, build accurate quotes, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to win and execute projects.

You will evaluate material and labor costs, assist in quote preparations, coordinate with project managers and engineering, and ensure quotes align with timelines and budgets while maintaining clear communication with customers, vendors, and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical estimating, inside sales, or project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with control panels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications for control panel projects.
• Build detailed and accurate quotes for customers.
• Clarify scope, timelines, and requirements with customers.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure feasibility.
• Follow up on quotes and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain and manage opportunities in CRM.
• Support outside sales and key accounts as needed.
