Morrow-Meadows Corporation is seeking a full-time Estimator for its Electrical Division in Poway, CA. The role analyzes drawings, prepares time, cost, material and labor estimates, and assists with bid submission and client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of electrical construction or related experience.
• Proficiency with estimating software and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze drawings to prepare time, cost, material and labor estimates.
• Read project specs, organize bid documents, and finalize bids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and project teams for quotes.
• Prepare detailed proposals and meet with clients to review estimates.
• Lead pre-bid activities and provide cost alternatives as needed.
• Support kickoff meetings and communicate project details to stakeholders.
