Job summary

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Estimator to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on high-voltage substations, transmission & distribution, and utility-scale projects, with emphasis onExperienced users of Bluebeam, HeavyBid or Accubid.

The position offers a competitive salary up to $200,000 per year, with full benefits and bonus opportunities. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate, timely estimates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimation in construction.
• Proficient in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Accubid.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed electrical estimates for construction projects from drawings and specs.
• Analyze material, labor costs and timeframes for projects.
• Use Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Accubid to create/modify estimates.
• Evaluate electrical systems and products per specs and customer needs.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and architects to define scope.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for HV substations and utility-scale projects.
