Infosoft Inc. is seeking a talented Electrical Estimator (Substation / HV) to support bids and preconstruction for HV/MV electrical infrastructure projects in the United States.

The role focuses on developing accurate project cost estimates for substations, transmission systems, and utility-scale installations. The ideal candidate combines strong electrical construction knowledge with hands-on estimating skills, including material takeoffs, labor, and subcontractor pricing, and has experience

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Math/Science or related field (or equivalent estimating experience).
• Experience preparing electrical construction estimates and bid proposals.
• Direct experience estimating HV/MV substations and transmission/ distribution projects.
• Hands-on tak eoffs, labor calculations, equipment pricing, and project cost development.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, and RFP packages.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for HV/MV substations, transmission and distribution systems, and utility projects.
• Review RFPs, specs, drawings, and contractual scope to determine project requirements.
• Perform material, labor, and equipment takeoffs for electrical installations.
• Compute costs using current labor rates, pricing, and subcontractor quotes.
• Identify scope gaps, pricing discrepancies, and risks before bid submission.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, PM, and field teams to validate costs.
