You will analyze drawings, identify project requirements, and develop detailed cost estimates to drive winning bids.

The role requires reviewing specifications, performing takeoffs, and coordinating with suppliers and project management to ensure accurate bid packages and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Accubid preferred; CAD/3D software a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Prepare takeoffs and enter estimates into estimating system.
• Request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify qualified suppliers/subcontractors and solicit quotes.
• Explain bid package scope and pricing to project team.
