Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as Electrical Estimator in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Proficiency with estimation software/tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ASPE or AACE certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine electrical requirements.
