Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in the commercial construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost estimation.
• Proficient in using estimation software and tools.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification through ASPE or AACE International is advantageous.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating the costs of mechanical installations for various commercial construction projects. This role involves analyzing blueprints, determining material and labor costs, and preparing competitive project bids. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:
