Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial construction space with three to five years in electrical estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications is essential.
• Experience with estimating software for performing detailed takeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial electrical projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Assist with assembling complete bid proposals and communicate with vendors for pricing.
