Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ relevant experience related to commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Accustomed to estimating for projects valued at $3 million and above.
• Thorough knowledge of the electrical field with familiarity in materials and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates.
• Ensures estimates are completed in a timely manner.
• Prepares bids either from a conceptual stage or based on plans and specifications.
• Manages estimating processes and timelines to meet company objectives.
• Communicates with customers to define project scope and negotiate pricing.
