Job summary

You will estimate commercial and industrial projects, coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare turnover packages for awarded projects.

The role requires experience or education in electrical estimating, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience or education in electrical field work, estimating, or engineering.
• Knowledge of blueprints, specifications, applicable codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency with estimating software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial and industrial projects (plan/spec, design-build, design‑assist).
• Apply best practices and established estimating procedures.
• Coordinate project scopes with local and national codes.
• Work with material suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage RFIs throughout bidding process.
