Job summary

IES Commercial Inc dba IES Electrical in Nebraska is seeking a full-time Electrical Estimator to join our team. You will deliver accurate bids for commercial and industrial projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, applying estimating procedures, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, handling RFIs, preparing bid forms, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety policies. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Recent experience or education in electrical field work, estimating, or engineering.
• Working knowledge of blueprints, specifications, applicable codes, and regulations.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to work efficiently with estimating software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug test, background check and MVR check (if applicable)
