Job summary

MV Power Solutions in the Denver metro area is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join its pre-construction team. You will analyze drawings, prepare take-offs, and build cost estimates for commercial electrical projects, working closely with the Chief Estimator from drawings to proposal.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in commercial electrical estimating, experience with Accubid, and strong blueprint reading skills. The role offers growth opportunities and collaboration with PM and field teams.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in commercial electrical (estimating, PM, or field with take-off exposure)
• Accubid experience required; Live Count or similar is a plus
• Able to read blueprints and specs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communicator able to work cross-functionally with PM/field teams

Over the last 12 years, they've grown to nearly 100 employees and generated roughly $25M in revenue last year, with nearly 90% of their work coming from repeat customers.

The Position:

MV Power is looking for an Electrical Estimator to join their growing pre-construction team. This is a great fit for someone who's spent a couple years in commercial electrical and wants to build a real career on the estimating side — learning from an experienced team while taking on more ownership over time.

You'll work closely with the Chief Estimator on take-offs, pricing, and vendor quotes, and get exposure to the full bid process from drawings to proposal.

Salary + Benefits:

• Base salary: $65,000–$110,000 DOE + bonus potential
