• Utilize software tools such as Project Controls/Accubid, Bluebeam, and McCormick to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities within project estimates and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, market trends, and pricing for electrical components and systems.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Prepare and present cost breakdowns and reports to internal teams and clients as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, preferably with a focus on data centre projects.
• Proficiency in Project Controls/Accubid, Bluebeam, and McCormick software.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation processes.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts.
