Job summary

A leading North American contractor is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join its Data Center Preconstruction team. The role focuses on take-offs, pricing, subcontractor engagement, and bid preparation for hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects across the U.S.

and Canada. You'll work closely with senior preconstruction leaders in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment, advancing within a high-growth business and benefiting from an ESOP program.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of electrical estimating experience.
• Experience producing quantity take-offs and competitive estimates.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commercial/industrial/data center experience preferred.
• Ambitious with goal to progress in high-growth business.

A leading North American contractor is seeking an Electrical Estimator to join its growing Data Center Preconstruction team, supporting mission-critical projects across the U.S. and Canada.

This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you'll be responsible for take-offs, pricing, subcontractor engagement, and bid preparation on some of the most complex data center projects in the market. Working alongside senior preconstruction leaders, you'll play a key role in securing major hyperscale and mission-critical developments.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 2-8 years of electrical estimating experience
• Experience producing quantity take-offs and competitive estimates
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, bid-driven environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center experience preferred
