Job summary

Olsson is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Data Center team. You will design and coordinate electrical systems using Revit, produce Construction Documents and specifications, and collaborate with other disciplines.

Travel to job sites for observation, discuss concepts with clients, and perform supporting calculations. Data Center experience is preferred, and PE or Engineer Intern certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Must obtain Engineer Intern cert OR have Professional Engineer (PE) cert.
• 2-6+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Prior Revit experience is required.
• Data Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer on our Data Center team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating electrical systems using Revit including the creation of Construction Documents and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, performing supporting calculations, meeting with clients to discuss conceptual and final designs, and travel to job sites for observation. Our electrical design services can include power distribution, lighting, and electrical modeling.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• Data Center experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.

National Pay Range

$95,000 - $120,000 USD
