Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design efforts on data center and other mission-critical projects. You will perform design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare project documents while coordinating with Olsson teams, staff, and clients.

Ideal candidates bring 13+ years of electrical engineering experience, a PE license, and proficiency with Revit. CA experience is a plus, and a self-starter mindset helps you take on diverse tasks to serve the client

Job Description

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will serve as an electrical engineering lead on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering


• 13+ years of electrical engineering experience

• Investigation and troubleshooting of problems to find solutions

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.

National Pay Range

$130,000 - $180,000 USD
