Job summary

Olsson Associates is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Data Center team to design and coordinate electrical systems using Revit, including construction documents and specifications.

Responsibilities include client meetings, coordinating with disciplines, performing calculations, and site visits; Data Center experience is preferred and EI certification is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Must obtain Engineer Intern (EI) certificate.
• 2–6 years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• Prior Revit experience is required for project coordination.
• Data Center experience preferred.

Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer on our Data Center team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating electrical systems using Revit, including the creation of construction documents and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, performing supporting calculations, meeting with clients to discuss conceptual and final designs, and traveling to job sites for observation. Our electrical design services can include power distribution, lighting, and electrical modeling.

• Strong attention to detail
