Job summary

Olsson is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to work on projects for major technology clients. You will lead electrical engineering efforts, perform design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Data Center experience is preferred, with coordination across Olsson teams and clients.

You will collaborate with professional and technical staff to deliver effective solutions and ensure client satisfaction, with opportunities for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• 13+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Experience with Revit and CA projects.

Job Description

As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will work directly with some of the world’s largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will serve as an electrical engineering lead on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients.

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.

National Pay Range

$130,000 — $180,000 USD
