Lockheed Martin is seeking an Electrical Engineering Technology Manager in Santa Barbara, CA. You will provide functional and technical leadership for a multidisciplinary electrical engineering team, guiding recruitment, career development and performance while enforcing EPM and Design Assurance standards to deliver sensor solutions.
You will lead design assurance, IMS planning, BOE generation, and cross-functional integration with systems, software, test and manufacturing.
You will be the Electrical Engineering Technology Manager for the LockheedMartin Missiles &Fire Control (MFC) organization. Our team develops cutting edge focal plane sensors for missile and aerospace applications, delivering high performance digital, analog and power solutions to U.S. and allied customers.
As the Electrical Engineering Technology Manager you will provide functional and technology leadership for a multidisciplinary electrical engineering team, overseeing recruitment, career development and performance while acting as the senior subject matter expert for digital, analog and power design. You will drive technical excellence, affordability and program execution by enforcing Engineering Practice Manual (EPM) and Design Assurance standards, supporting program planning and mentoring engineers to deliver cutting edge sensor solutions. Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00
