Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants (ARTC) is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead in the United States to provide technical leadership and oversee complex electrical engineering projects. The role requires guiding design teams, managing resources and budgets, and serving as a key technical authority throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Minimum eight years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams and managing projects.
• Field or construction-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams on design and execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes, fees, resource plans, and staffing.
• Provide technical oversight for engineers, designers, and BIM personnel.
• Coordinate deliverables, budgets, schedules, and engineering efforts.
• Identify project risks and develop design solutions.
• Lead engineering quality reviews and coordination efforts.
• Serve as primary engineering representative in design meetings.
• Coordinate with agencies for codes and permitting.
• Conduct site visits to review conditions and installations.
• Perform value engineering to optimize costs.
• Support staff development through mentoring and training.
• Manage multiple projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
