Electrical Engineering Supervisor
Beckwood, headquartered in Fenton, Missouri, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of custom hydraulic presses and automation equipment and is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join our engineering team. The Electrical Engineering Supervisor leads a team of electrical and controls engineers, ensuring high-quality design, consistent standards, and alignment with project and estimating requirements. This role oversees key design decisions, reviews and approves schematics, and drives continuous improvement through standardized processes and best practices.
As both a technical leader and manager, the supervisor assigns resources, supports team development, and holds engineers accountable for performance. The role partners cross-functionally to ensure coordinated project execution, provides expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to strategic planning, resource forecasting, and occasional project support.

This role primarily operates in a professional office environment, requiring the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while occasionally moving about to access office equipment and files. Additionally, the position occasionally requires moving throughout the manufacturing floor to position oneself for equipment inspection or maintenance. This includes ascending/descending and working atop ladders or elevated platforms, as well as accessing machinery at varying heights, including ground level.
