Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering in high‑reliability environments.
• Minimum of 5 years of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and manage priorities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Allocate engineers to project teams based on expertise and program priorities.
• Balance workloads across teams to ensure efficient execution and avoid burnout.
• Forecast future resource requirements based on project schedules and milestones.
• Lead performance management processes, including goals and career development for engineers.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence across programs.
