Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to lead the Private Infrastructure team in Albuquerque, NM. You will oversee electrical design projects, guide engineering staff, and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, at least 10 years of electrical engineering design experience, and prior DoD/DOE project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license with ability to obtain NM licensure.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering design.
• Experience managing engineering projects, teams, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Experience on federal government projects (DoD/DOE) preferred.
• Ability to meet security clearance requirements.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering projects from planning through delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Coordinate activities across offices and disciplines.
• Ensure deliverables meet codes, standards, schedules, budgets, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project performance, financial metrics, and work in progress.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Contribute to growth of electrical engineering practice through industry engagement.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and teams.
• Ensure compliance with QA procedures and safety standards.
