Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects (New Mexico offices in Albuquerque) is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineering Project Manager to lead electrical design projects and coordinate across offices. The role emphasizes collaboration with federal clients, staff mentoring, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

The candidate should have a PE license in NM or ability to obtain it, 10+ years of electrical project experience, and strong communication skills to drive project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer with ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico.
• Ten plus years of experience in the design of electrical projects.
• Experience with federal government projects, and capable of gaining necessary clearances for working with federal clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple team members and coordinate effectively with other engineers and technicians.

Responsabilités

• Actively manage projects and support staff technically.
• Support and contribute to the sales goals of the team.
• Perform and ensure compliance with Wilson & Company's policies and standards.
• Project planning and implementation.
• Ability to work with other offices and practice areas within the Company.
• Implement and monitor compliance with firm-wide safety policies.
• Communicate with appropriate stakeholders within the organization.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPI's) such as Utilization, Payroll Multiplier, and WIP.
