  • Prepare and review activity reports to ensure progress toward objectives and adjust methods as needed.
  • Analyze trends in program areas and stay current with information and changes.
  • Formulate and maintain policies and procedures for program administration.
  • Manage grant-related activities, including meetings, communications, scholarships and other operations.
  • Assist in preparing proposals to obtain grants from state, federal agencies or foundations.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
