Job summary

IMEG is hiring an Electrical Engineering New Grad for Summer 2027 opportunities in Ontario, CA. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship, training, and opportunities to grow from day one.

You will work closely with experienced engineers to support electrical systems in buildings, contribute to education-focused projects, and help deliver high-performing, energy‑efficient designs aligned with MEP2050 and AIA2030.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong technical and analytical skills in circuit theory, electromagnetism, and power systems.
• Familiar with industry software: AGI, Elum Tools, Visual Lighting, ComCheck, and Adobe/Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical system design and analysis per IMEG standards.
• Support project execution and documentation within budgets.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Help with planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Contribute to quality control and design decisions.
• Learn and apply safety practices in electrical design.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations.
