Job summary

IMEG is seeking an Electrical Engineering New Graduate in Broomall, PA to support design, analysis, and oversight of electrical systems in buildings. This entry-level role offers hands-on design, mentorship, and growth opportunities from day one within a 100% employee-owned organization.

The role covers hospitality, mixed-use and broader MEP projects, with a hybrid work schedule and travel up to 5% as needed to coordinate with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Engineering in Training (EIT) or equivalent required.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and work in a full-time hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and analysis of electrical systems per code and IMEG standards.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and gather project requirements.
• Support the execution of consulting projects as part of a project team.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and design-progress tracking to meet deadlines.
• Document design decisions and client instructions throughout the project.
