Job summary

The role requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, 10–12 years in electrical engineering with at least 5 years in management, experience in analog design and PCB design, and strong leadership and project

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in electrical engineering with minimum 5 years managerial experience.
• Experience in analog electronic design required.
• Experience in designing low volume and high-quality electronic products.
• Experience in PCB and electronic design using software.

Responsibilities

• Manage design and development of electrical projects and oversee implementation into finished products.
• Oversee design process from concept through manufacture and develop/maintain project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Select and assign projects to outside vendors/contractors as necessary.
• Review and make recommendations on policies to maximize department performance and fiscal responsibility.
• Train and coordinate engineering staff to meet specifications, quality, and timelines.
• Lead teams in decision making, schedule adherence, and scope management.
• Hire/develop staff and manage performance regularly.
• Interact with subordinate supervisors, customers, and peers; travel as needed.
