Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or closely related field is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in a technical supervisory or management role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of motors, machine control systems, electrical hardware and software development, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for the Electrical Engineering team across motors, blowers, and machine control systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards (UL, CE, etc.).
• Lead identification and implementation of emerging technologies with validation and testing.
• Support engineering activities including change requests, enhancements, and post-sale support.
• Coach and develop team members; manage recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Oversee staffing needs and align with business objectives; provide senior project management leadership.
• Promote project management best practices and maintain schedules and milestones.
• Lead departmental safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to protect IP assets.
