KFI Engineers in Lexington, KY is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical engineers and designers for healthcare and commercial facilities. You will drive project execution, mentor staff, and ensure excellent client satisfaction through clear communication and collaboration.

The role emphasizes engineering excellence, budget control, and active involvement in proposal development, while maintaining high standards for safety and quality across multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.
• Minimum of 10+ years of post-graduation experience in electrical engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA, NESC, ANSI/IEEE, IBC, Life Safety Code, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and allocate resources.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and communicate with stakeholders.
• Experience understanding Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural construction practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.
