You will drive technical excellence, cost-effective delivery, and strong client relationships while mentoring staff and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities include developing plans and budgets, supervising design work, and ensuring adherence to codes and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) registration.
• Minimum of 10+ years of post-graduation experience in electrical engineering.
• Extensive experience designing electrical systems for building infrastructure projects.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA, NESC, ANSI/IEEE, IBC, Life Safety Code, etc.
• Understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, and Structural Engineering practices.
• Leadership and supervisory or people-management experience.
• Ability to anticipate needs of project teams and remove obstacles.
• Ability to monitor team members and ensure accountability.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and credibility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to present complex information and influence outcomes.
• Strong planning, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computer technology and MS Office.
• Travel: Up to 25% domestic travel.

• Leads a team of electrical engineers and designers.
• Recruit, on-board, mentor and train staff.
• Manage results with clear expectations and active monitoring.
• Coach and advocate for employees, promoting collaboration.
• Allocate resources for staff development.
• Develop work plans, schedules and budgets for electrical projects.
• Design building electrical systems including MV, 480V, power distribution.
• Design power and lighting for healthcare/commercial facilities.
• Perform power system studies using SKM PTW.
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings.
