Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Engineering leadership or management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team.
• Oversee electrical product design, development, testing, and validation.
• Manage engineering projects from concept through production.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Troubleshoot technical and production-related issues.
• Improve engineering processes, product quality, cost, and performance.
• Ensure projects meet customer, regulatory, and schedule requirements.
