Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Strong experience in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and automation projects.
• Oversee selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Partner with R&D and product design teams for manufacturability optimization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to manufacturing performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Develop budgets and capital expenditure plans.
