Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a hands-on team responsible for schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware development. You will mentor engineers, set priorities, and drive design reviews in a matrix environment with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams.

You will stay technically involved while guiding projects across power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking to deliver reliable hardware for real-world use.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout while remaining technically engaged.
• Strong depth in power electronics, motor drivers, embedded computing, and networking.
• Experience leading engineering teams within a matrix organization.
• Mentoring and developing junior electrical engineers through design reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers while managing workloads and career development.
• Remain hands-on with schematic capture and PCB layout and review team designs.
• Drive electrical engineering development across power electronics, motor drives, embedded computing, and networking subsystems.
• Partner with mechanical, firmware, and systems teams to ensure integration across subsystems.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to communicate designs and resolve production challenges.
• Provide technical guidance through design reviews and engineering decisions.
