Are you an Electrical Engineering Manager looking to take on a diverse department of engineers and where expand your management experience while still working hands on across a range of customer projects?

This manufacturer is looking for new leadership as they move into the future. As an industry leader of what they make they are looking to strengthen their engineering department and hire a Engineering Manager to report to the VP

In this role you will manage the Electrical Engineering team of design engineers, controls engineers and service/installation engineers. You will oversee the design work of the team and support the manufacturing process from start to finish while working cloesly with other departments. You will be working on a range of automation projects for a number of customers.

You will be an Electrical Engineer with management experience, coming from a manufacturing background and have knowledge of automation and controls.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to take over a Engineering department where you can further develop your management experience, while still being hands on in the manufacturing process.

The Role:

• Ownership and management a team of Design Engineers, Controls Engineers and Service technicians.
• Own customer projects from start to finish
• Lead the design of automation and control panels, integration of systems into automation equipment and installation at client sites
• Work closely with other departments such as mechanical and manufacturing teams

The Candidate:

• Electrical Engineer
• Management or Supervisor experience
• Knowledge of design, controls and automation
• Come from a manufacturing background
