Doppelmayr USA, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electrical hardware/software teams, guiding design and implementation of high-performance systems. You will ensure compliance with standards, mentor staff, and coordinate with global offices to deliver innovative ropeway and material handling solutions.

The role requires strong PLC/relay design, control circuit expertise, and hands-on CAD tool proficiency, with travel as needed to startups and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Experience in PLC/relay logic design for electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC drives and control circuitry.
• Proficiency with safety PLC and HMI integration, multiple CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical hardware/software teams and oversee project delivery.
• Assign tasks, monitor schedules, ensure on-time quality.
• Act as SME and escalation path for electrical discipline.
• Review designs and changes for quality and standards compliance.
• Coordinate with CAD/ERP tools and global counterparts.
• Support sales through quotations and technical input.
• Mentor engineers and promote cross-training.
