Doppelmayr USA, Inc. seeks an accomplished Senior Superintendent to oversee multiple ropeway construction projects across diverse environments, reporting to the Senior Construction Manager.

You will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to Doppelmayr’s quality standards. Lead field coordination, supervise crews, coordinate with subcontractors and customers, and provide daily high-level decisions to drive project success while maintaining strong communication with

Formación

• 4+ years ski lift building or industrial construction experience with regular on-site involvement.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of contracts, plans, construction codes, specs, and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple ropeway construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
• Manage site activities, conduct inspections, prepare reports, and escalate issues.
• Create and update construction schedules; plan sequencing to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and tools; manage budgets with logistics.
• Review subcontractor schedules and progress; attend weekly project meetings.
