Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of building systems design experience in the A/E industry.
• EIT with active PE pursuit, or current PE registration (NYS PE preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning, design, and delivery of electrical and building systems across a diverse project portfolio.
• Providing technical oversight and quality control for electrical engineering deliverables.
• Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level engineering staff.
• Helping manage department workload, staffing, and project delivery standards.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Participating in project pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
• Collaborating with firm leadership on departmental goals and long-range planning.
• Participating in firm ownership and leadership development.
