Job summary

Kable Workforce Solutions is seeking a Supervising Electrical Engineer- Critical Facilities in Tampa, FL. You will represent the Firm with clients, architects, and project teams, and develop basic designs under supervision.

The role requires a PE, 15+ years in electrical/MEP consulting, and hands-on CAD/REVIT design experience for critical facilities and data centers. Strong leadership, coordination across trades, and readiness for fast-paced environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from an Accredited Institution.
• PE license is required.
• 15+ years in an electrical/MEP consulting environment, with senior responsibilities.
• Experience with Critical Facilities/Data Center and Healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects.
• Supervising reports and analyses of system options and building conditions.
• Coordinating with other trades and project consultants.
• Managing client, contractor, and staff communications.
• Overseeing field reports, RFIs, bulletins, and addenda.
• Providing technical leadership in the business unit.
