SmithGroup promotes a healthy work/life balance for our staff, as well as a hybrid work model of at least three days working within our vibrant office culture and the option to work remotely the rest of the week. The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $23.56 to $26.00 per hour, at the time of posting. You are eligible to receive overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a work week. Our 12-week summer internships are held between May-August.
