Job summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking an Engineering Intern in Southfield, MI. You will assist with standard engineering tasks, design updates, data entry, and presentations, supporting lead engineers on diverse projects across market segments.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, with ABET accreditation preferred, and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Strong communication and analytical skills, leadership potential, and willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Pursuit of bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• ABET accreditation strongly preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education/tech program related to the work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, documentation, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with responses to general questions and ad hoc projects.
• Collect and analyze data for continuous improvement and present solutions.
